Today, you’re going to learn a little bit about what a business model is.

In today's video (2.5 minutes), you will learn:

• the core question of Business Model: business vs. hobby

• what it takes to build a solid business

Today’s 5 Minute Exercise:

There are four main elements of a workable, long-term business model.

Set a timer for five minutes. Get a pen and paper and answer the eight questions below. Don’t think about it too much. Go with your gut.

And then notice where your scores were the weakest.

That’s where you’re going to want to focus your efforts. Getting the right diagnosis is 90% of the way to the solution.
