Refund Policy

Digital Items (eBooks, webinar recordings, bundles, etc):

No refund for these digital items as they are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Membership Subscription:

No refunds. You can cancel anytime. You retain access to your Membership account for the remainder of your paid period when you cancel.

Legacy Pricing Members ($100USD/month): When you cancel you can finish out your month (based on when your payment has come out as the start of that month).

No refunds on quarterly or annual subscriptions. If you are paying quarterly and cancel in the first month, you are welcome to finish out the remaining two months but will not be refunded for those two months.

LIVE Webinars (not digital products or recordings):

Your fee is refundable until seven (7) days before the event. After that, the fee is non-refundable. If you can’t attend live, you’ll still receive the recording of the webinar. 

Puttering Sessions: 

Can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment time. After that, fees are non-refundable, and rescheduling may or may not be possible.

If a client misses a session due to their own error, the fee is forfeit. Rescheduling at that point is at the discretion of Marketing for Hippies and not guaranteed.

If somehow Tad misses a session, MfH will provide a full refund for the session fee.

In-Person Retreats: 

  • For PWYC: The $100 USD deposit is fully refundable up until two weeks before the retreat. After that, it is not refundable.

  • For Payment in Full at Market Value: The $1500 USD market value payment is fully refundable up until two weeks before the retreat. After that, we can issue a partial refund, but we will hold back a $375 USD cancellation fee.

  • For Payment Plan at Market Value: The $375 USD first instalment is fully refundable up until two weeks before the retreat. After that, we will hold back the $375 USD instalment as a cancellation fee.

In-Person Workshops:

  • For PWYC: The deposit of $25 CAD is fully refundable (minus processing fees) up until 7 days before the event. After that, it is not refundable.

  • For Payment in Full Market Value: The $300 CAD market value payment is fully refundable up until 7 days before the event. After that, we can issue a partial refund, but we will hold back a $25 CAD deposit (and the processing fees).
