Hey Tad (and MfH Team), I realize that I've been listening to you for years and I integrated phrases, or attitudes without knowing. I find it funny that today I say happily that I'm a part-time sales rep who loves sales because I lead with heart, "no pressure" attitude and principles of educating so the person makes informed decisions. For now I don't have other phrases than what you shared. I'll keep coming back to this video to remember, integrate and use in the daily life the suggestions you made that I'm not yet that natural with. Thank you!
