Niching

Today, we’re going to be talking about niching.

This is an immense topic, so we’re going to do a very high-level, 30,000-foot view on it. 

In today's video (3.5 minutes), you'll learn:

• an easy way to kill your business

• my definition of 'Niche'

• you will be known for one thing

• why hippies should focus on Niche more than Ethics

Today’s 5 Minute Exercise:

Set a timer for five minutes. Get a pen and paper and reflect on these questions: 

1. What do you most want to be known for?

2. What’s the thing you struggled with most but overcame that you could help others with? (i.e. our deepest wounds are often a doorway to our truest niche).

3. What is the biggest single symptom your people have that they’d like to get rid of, and what’s the single biggest result they’re craving?
