Refund Policy

Webinars:

Your $25 USD fee is refundable until seven (7) days before the event. After that, the fee is non-refundable. If you can’t attend live you’ll still receive the recording of the webinar. 

Puttering Sessions: 

Can be canceled or rescheduled until 48 hours before the appointment time. After that, fees are non-refundable and rescheduling may or may not be possible.

If a client misses a session due to their own error, the fee is forfeit. Rescheduling at that point is at the discretion of Marketing for Hippies and not guaranteed.

If somehow Tad misses a session, MfH will provide a full refund for the session fee.

In-Person Marketing for Hippies 101 Daylong Workshops:

Your deposit of $25 CAD is refundable until seven (7) days before the event. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.

For folks who paid in full: Your full fee of $300 CAD is refundable until seven (7) days before the event, after that you’ll receive a refund of $275 CAD, less the $25 deposit.

In-Person Retreats: 

This will vary depending on the retreat but generally you can get a full refund up until two weeks before the event.

Membership Subscription:

The Marketing for Hippies Membership is a monthly subscription fee and you can cancel anytime. You retain access to your Membership account for the remainder of your paid period when you cancel. For instance: if you payment date is the 5th of the month, and you cancel on the 15th of the month, you’ll retain access to your account until the 5th of the next month. 

Digital Items (eBooks, webinar recordings, bundles, etc):

No refund for these digital items as they are delivered immediately upon purchase.
