Helping people live more authentically and show up in the world gracefully and unashamedly has always been my passion. A significant part of this involves understanding our boundaries and desires, and the Wheel of Consent has proven to be a powerful tool for this.
This work holds a special place in my heart. Growing up, I felt out of place and became a people-pleaser, losing sight of my own identity and preferences. My journey has been about creating spaces where we can truly belong, show up, and engage in meaningful—even if difficult—conversations. Over the past 12 years, I’ve shared these models and techniques with thousands of people, and I’ve seen firsthand how transformative they can be.
