I’ll cut to the chase.
I’ve had my Membership going since December of 2020.
The shape it has taken is four, three-month semesters where we work through some of the key aspects of your business (i.e. Cashflow, POV, Business Model and Hub Marketing).
I’ve finally created a year-long program to delve into niching.

The Calls:
Live, Q&A Calls: There are twelve, three hour, live, Q&A calls with Tad throughout the year.
(Note: We’ve designed the calls so you get two chances to get your questions answered; so that folks in all time zones can attend at least one call per month, but you’re welcome to attend both if you wish). Convert to your time here.
Q&A with Tad Call Dates:
First call is on March 6th, April 3rd and then the first Wednesday of each month following (i.e. May 1st, June 5th, July 3rd etc.). There may be the occasional Wednesday date that shifts.
Niching Practice Calls (Member-led):
Cost: $100/USD per month (as part of the Membership fee)
In This Program, You Will:
- Learn deeply about niching – what it is and isn’t. It’s likely that no one has ever taught you what niching is or how to do it. And… there’s a lot of bad advice out there on niching.
- Be guided on the best step-by-step process I could imagine. Each month, you’ll have a chance to come at your niche from a different angle, engaging a different part of yourself. There will be worksheets, visualizations, journaling prompts, doodling exercises, zoom break out rooms, Q&A sessions etc. I’ve designed it to be spacious enough to give you time to integrate the work but often enough that momentum builds over the year.
- Get candid feedback and direction from myself.
- Get candid feedback from others in my Membership. You’re likely too close to see yours properly.
- Have time to reflect on that feedback.
- Get access to all of my content on Niching, neatly organized. That’s three eBooks, two webinars, hundreds of tutorial videos, hundreds of recorded coaching sessions (maybe with someone doing exactly what you do), etc.

Why Should You Trust Me?
Since 2003, I’ve worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs on their niche.
I’ve done this work through one-on-one coaching, live workshops, online coaching calls, and virtually submitted Niche Reviews.

This Is Likely Not A Fit For You If You:

- Not in a place to be self-motivated. Although you will get peer support and group coaching calls with me, you will absolutely need to be able to work on your own in order to get the value from this program.
- You have an itty-bitty, teeny tiny, intentionally small business at the moment and you don’t need or want that many clients and you are still in the phase where friends and friends of friends are booking sessions with you because they trust you and want to support you.

Aside from ethics, niching is the single most important factor in whether a business succeeds or not. A lot of niches can succeed but trying to be everything to everyone is a recipe for failure.
But niching asks something immense of us: humility.
The willingness to admit that we need help and that we can’t help everyone.
My program may not be the best fit for you but whatever help you most need, make sure you get it so you can offer your help to the people who most need yours.

QUESTION: Do I Have To Start In March?
QUESTION: Do I have to commit to the whole year?
A: No. You can stop whenever you want. There’s no commitment to continue. This program is housed in my Membership which costs $100 USD per month.
QUESTION: What if I miss the first month?
A: It’s ideal to start at the beginning March 6th but this program is designed so that you could join at any point at still receive benefit. No need to wait until it starts up again.
QUESTION: This program is too robust for me to participate in right now. Is there a way I can work on Niching on my own?
A: Indeed there is! I recommend checking out my Niching Bundle, which includes my eBooks and webinars on niching. This way you can work through this content at your own pace.
