My friend has been going on and on about how great your workshop in London was. I couldn't get into your website at all. I am a dyslexic trained engineer and I like my info pithy! But I found this link near the bottom right of a page and your lecture was absolutely compelling. I am already doing lots of things you talk about - hubs being central imo. And I took notes on things I should do like free stuff and what am I doing this for. I will download more and sent it one to my husband.

Great advice. With the explosion of e-books and online e-stores, reading devices and mobile technology it's never been easier for writers to publish and sell their books online.

Love the article, and all of your reasons are wonderful :) Just wanted to point out, in Reason #2, there's a small grammatical error, "... People aren’t buying your product or
service half as much as they’re buying into your point of view. Don’t
wait to write your book until YOUR clear – writing your book can be the
process that helps you get clear...."

Really enjoying your posts, Mr. Hargrave! Looking forward to reading more :)

Great stuff, Tad and Simon! And timely for me - I've been immersed in a really traditional business environment lately, and this reminder of the 'conscious' view of things was much needed. It's so good to know that there's a way to do this that doesn't feel awful. It takes constant work, of course, to stay on that path and not slip into posturing or collapsing - an ongoing effort for me!

I also really like your discussion about people wanting to do good things and feeling bad about needing to make money at it. This is very much related to my own work exploring the paradigms and sacred cows around the idea of 'doing good'. Thank you, thank you!

Dear Tad, Thank you so much. Genuinely new stuff for me about collapsing and posturing. You know you are in the right place when something is familiar enough to be meaningful but new enough to be exciting. Very watchable and enjoyable. Katherine

Interesting, I tried your approach about 8 years ago when practicing medicine (no insurance taken though) and also found patients unable to come up with anything... they just wanted to know how much they owed.... Since I was doing Integrative Medicine, with long sessions, intuitively guided, the interactive approach to charging, especially for people needing more frequent sessions or with financial constraints makes the most sense, however. But I think it just seemed strange to folks back then...
